A Comprehensive Note is enclosed on
Facilities and Services being offered
to the Member Stakeholders and on the
Role of INDUS TRADE SERVICES FZE, SAIF Zone, Sharjah
at Annexure I & Annexure II
respectively.
2.
The annual cost of taking up 20 sq. mtr and 40 sq. mtr. space
equivalent to one 20 Container and two 20 Container/one 40
Container respectively has been worked
out at Rs.5 lakhs and Rs.8 lakhs. The
above rates are valid for the 1st year of operation and has been calculated
on a break even basis after taking into account the MAI grant receivable
from the Department of Commerce, Government of India. All operational costs
of business will be borne separately by the member stakeholders.
3.
Warehouse already is allotted and is located at
P 6 69, SAIF Zone. The Centre
would start functioning within a
months time.

Since
limited space of 400 sq mtr built up warehousing space available in the
Phase I, members are therefore requested to apply immediately their
requirement along with deposit of total amount of Rs.5 lakhs for 20 sq.mtr
space or Rs.8 lakhs for 40 sq. mtr. of space.
