Sub:  FIEO’s participation in TIBCO 2008 at Bucharest, Romania scheduled

          to be held from 18-22 June,2008

 

The over whelming response from our members in earlier FIEO’s participation in TIBCO-2005, MODEXPO 2007 & Suveniruri Christmas Fiar 2007,  I take great pleasure in informing you that FIEO is participating once again in TIBCO-2008 scheduled to be held from June 18-22,2008 at  Bucharest, Romania in “India Pavilion” .  You will also be glad to know that we will be launching the ITC(India Trade Centre)-Bucharest at the same time alongwith this fair.

 

In view of the strategic location of Romania in the Eastern Europe, FIEO has decided to encourage, promote and build a strong image of Indian Products through this platform in Romania  and bordering countries.

A constructed booth of 9 sq.mtr (built-up booth) will be allotted and  the  rentals for the same would be   Rs. 45,000/- which  includes VAT & Registration charges without freight for Stake holders of India Trade Centre, Bucharest and Rs. 50,000/- for other exporters. The package will include carpeting, partitions, spot lights, one desk, two chairs, electrical socket and general publicity support.  Any additional requirement is to be borne by the exhibitors individually. 

 

MDA grant will be available to eligible companies (for stall charges) subject to maximum of Rs. 80,000/-  as per the MDA guidelines laid down by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India.

 

For those members who are unable to participate individually & rent a stand , FIEO is also organizing a catalogue show for publicity of Indian products for members.

 

  1. Catalogue Show – You will have to pay  service charges of Rs. 7,500/- to FIEO for organizing display of your catalogues.

  2. You may send catalogues and samples upto weight of 2 kgs to FIEO(WR).  Additional airfreight cost if any  at actual will be to your account.

 

We have been allotted only limited space and hence the space will be given on “first come first served” basis.

 

OTHER ARRANGEMENTS

 

All the confirmed participants need to make their own arrangements for travel, hotel accommodation, visa, medical insurance, local transport etc.  FIEO will issue necessary visa recommendation letter to the participants. Interpreter charges would be extra.

 

The participants shall be assisted by FIEO in getting the Visa from the Romanian Embassy, New Delhi. Kindly note that Romanian visa has a long processing time. Hence we request you to send your confirmation and passport details at the earliest so that your invitation letter can be arranged.

 

"Due to limited availability, interested companies are requested to urgently confirm their participation fees  along with the application form duly filled with passport details".
