Workshop on International Trade 

Payment System at Bangalore

 

A two-day workshop on International Trade Payment System for Imports and Exports was jointly organised by FIEO and Chinmaya Institute of Management on 8 and 9 July at Bangalore. 

While inaugurating the workshop, Mr. H V Vasuki, Director of Chinmaya Institute of Management introduced the participants with international trade payment system. Mr. Srinivasan, Joint Director, FIEO, informed them about the activities of FIEO and gave details of it upcoming warehouse in Sharjah.

Mr. Balachandra Bose, Rtd. Sr. Manager, Indian Bank-Overseas Branch, Bangalore was the faculty on 8th July 2008 and Mr. K. Gurumurthy, Sr. Manager Indian Bank, Service Branch, Bangalore was the faculty on 9th July. The topics covered by them were:

The Workshop adopted methodologies including lectures, icebreaker, individual and group exercises, simulation management games, case studies & roleplay
