1. Meat and Meat Products are included in the Appendix 37A, Table 14 for benefit under New VKGUY Products vide Public Notice No.100(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 3^rdNovember, 2008.

2. SIM Cards, Memory Cards, Cellular Phones, etc. are included in the Appendix 37E in Table 2 for benefit under New High Tech Products Export Promotion Scheme vide Public Notice NO.101(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 4^thNovember, 2008.

3. New DEPB Rates effective from 5.11.2009 have been announced vide Public Notice No. 102(RE-2007)/2004-2009.

4. Maize (Corn) covered by ITC HS Code 1005 is included in the Appendix 37A - Table 14 for benefit under New VKGUY products vide Public Notice No.103(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 7^thNovember, 2008.  

5. Public Notice No. 104(RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 7^thNovember, 2008 notifies Amendments/Corrections in the Input Output Norms in respect of product group – Plastics.

6. Public Notice No. 105(RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 7^thNovember, 2008 notifies the List of Export Promotion Councils/Commodity/Export Development Authority with details of products falling with their jurisdiction.

7. List of items permitted for import export to promote Indo-Myanmar bilateral/boarder trade expanded vide Public Notice No.106 (RE:2008)/2004-09 dated 7^thNovember, 2008.

8. ANF 3F-Aayat Niryaat Form for filing application against export of high value added manufactured goods and market linked product scheme is notified vide Public Notice No.107(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 11^thNovember, 2008.

9. DEPB entries for Steel Items and Cement are restored vide Public Notice No.108(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 14^thNovember, 2008.

10. Public Notice No.109(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 17^thNovember, 2008 makes amendment in the application form for EPCG Authorization (ANF-5A) .

11. Public Notice No.110(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 21^st November, 2008 makes various changes in VKGUY procedure.

12. Notification No.53(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 4^thNovember, 2008; Notification No.55(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 5^thNovember, 2008; Notification No.59(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 18^thNovember; Notification No. 62(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 20^thNovember, 2008 and Policy Circular No. 38(RE-08)/2004-09 dated 20^thNovember, 2008 provides relaxation in export policy of Non-Basmati Rice; Quantity of Non basmati rice to be exported by two 100% EOUs; and Minimum Export Price per tone.

13. Notification No. 57(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 12^thNovember, 2008 amends the description and Policy conditions Exim Code 68022110 (Marble tiles).

14. Export of Cement in all types and forms and Primary Steel Products are eligible for export incentives under Focus Market Scheme as per Notification No.58(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 14^thNovember, 2008.

15. Export of edible oils is permitted in branded consumer packs of up to 5 kgs. Subject to a limit of 10,000 tons during the next one year upto 31^stOctober, 2009 as per Notification No.60(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 20^thNovember, 2008. This Notification also allows export of fish oil freely. Policy Circular No.39(RE-08)/2004-09 dated 20^thNovember, 2008 clarifies the above provisions.

16. Export of Cement by M/s IDEB Projects (P) Limited, Bangalore shall be allowed from Tuticorin Port, for a quantity of 41,000 bags of 50 kgs. each to Maldives vide Notification No.61(RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 20^thNovember, 2008.

17. Import of Hot Rolled Coils (Exim Code 7208) and “others” articles of iron mentioned under Exim Code No.73269099, 84831099 and 87081090 made restricted vide Notification No.63(RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 21^st November, 2008.

18. Notification No.64(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 24^thNovember, 2008 makes amendments in ItC (HS) classification regarding the Import Policy of certain items.

19. Policy Circular No.40(RE-08)/2004-09 dated 20^thNovember, 2008 provides guidelines for submission of drug manufacturing licence by Pharmaceutical units in EPCG Scheme.

20. Policy Circular No.41(RE-08)/2004-09 dated 20^thNovember, 2008 provides guidelines for debit of advance authorization/DFIA based on balance CIF value of inputs in freely convertible currency.

21. Policy Circular No.42(RE-08)/2004-09 dated 24^thNovember, 2008 issue guidelines to RAs relating to review of Advance Authorization cases issued under Policy Circular NO.9 dated 30.6.2003 for fulfillment of export obligation.
