1. Alex Stewart International (Australia) Pvt. Ltd., Australia and Interglobe Marine Consultants, Dubai are delisted from the List of Inspection and Certification Agencies (Appendix 5) vide Public Notice No.89(RE-2007)/2004-09 dated 3^rdOctober, 2008.

2. Office of the Development Commissioner of Export Processing Zones and Special Economic Zones are also authorised to issue GSP Certification to Trading Units vide Public Notice No. 90 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 8^thOctober, 2008.

3. Compression-Ignition Internal Combustion Piston Engines (Diesel) upto 20 H.P. capacity are included in the Appendix 37D, Table 11 for benefit under New Additional Focus Products, vide Public Notice No.91(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 10^thOctober, 2008.  

4. Notional rate certificate issued by nominated agencies to EOUs for export of jewellery would now be of 7 working days of the date of shipment as per Public NoticeNo.92(RE-2008/2004-2009 dated 13^thOctober, 2008.  

5. Barley is included in the Appendix 37D - Table 14 for benefit under VKGUY   vide Public Notice No. 93(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 21^st October, 2008.  

6. SION for various items under Food Product (E-93 & E-38) amended vide Public Notice No.94 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 and Public Notice No.95(RE-2008) 2004-09 both dated 21^stOctober, 2008.

7. Addition is made in General Notes for Textiles regarding Acrylic Fibre vide Public Notice No.96(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 22^ndOctober, 2008.

8. M/s Ravi Energie, Vadodara is added in the List of Inspection and Certification Agencies (Appendix 5) vide Public Notice No.97(RE-2007)/2004-09 dated 22^nd October, 2008

9. Under Scheme for export of jewellery, minimum value addition has been decreased for various export items videPublic Notice No. 98 (RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 24^thOctober, 2008.

10. Financial Powers for issue of Advance Authorisation & EPCG Authorisation removed vide Public Notice No. 99 (RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 30^thOctober, 2008.

11. Notification No.47(RE-2008) and Policy Circular No.34(RE-2008)/2004-2009 and Policy Circular No.35 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 all dated 10^thOctober, 2008 issues guidelines procedures relating to import of Rough/ unprocessed Blocks and Slabs of agglomerated/artificial stones for the year 2008-09.

12. Notification No. 48(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 13^thOctober, 2008 allows export of non-basmati rice to Nigeria, Senegal, Ghana and Cameron.

13. Notification No.49(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 23^rdOctober, 2008 notifies conditions for import of Security Printing Paper.

14. Import Policy for Tiles, Cubes powder; Marble blocks/tiles; Marble monumental block and Marble, Travertine & Allabaster amended vide Notification No.50(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 23^rdOctober, 2008.

15. Service provider who is designated/certified as a Common Service Provider (CSP) by DGFT, Department of Commerce or State Industrial Infrastructural Corporation in a Town of Export Excellence will also be eligible for EPCG Scheme as per Notification No.51(RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 29^thOctober, 2008.

16. Policy Circular No.36(RE-08)/2004-09 dated 16^th October, 2008 provides guidelines for submission of applications for claiming deemed export benefits under Para 8.3.1. of HBP.

17. Floor price for import of Rough Marble Blocks/Slabs has been decreased vide Policy Circular No.37(RE-08)/2004-09 dated 31^stOctober, 2008.
