Amendments/Corrections in the Input Output Norms in respect of export product ‚ÄúAssorted Confectionery‚ÄĚ under Food Product have been notified by Public Notice No. 31(RE-2007)/2004-09 dated 8thAugust, 2007.
Public Notice No.32(RE-2007)/2004-09 dated 10thAugust, 2007 announce¬†the All Industry Rate of Drawback¬†@ Rs.1160 per M.T for both HSD and Furnace Oil, supplied¬†¬†by Domestic Oil Companies under various¬†Schemes as contained in Chapter 4, 6 and 8 of the Foreign Trade Policy.
Public Notice No. 33(RE-2007)/2004-09 dated 16thAugust, 2007 adds Indian Oilseeds & Produce Exporters Association EPC (IOPEA) in the List of Export Promotion Councils under Appendix-2 of Hand Book of Procedures for De-oiled Cake and meals, Oilseeds and Edible oils other than those dealt by Shellac & Forest Product Export Promotion Council.¬†
Public Notice No. 34(RE-2007)/2004-09 dated 17thAugust,¬†2007 extends (automatically) the period for discharge of export obligation against advance authorizations(erstwhile licences) issued for Export of Sugar for one year (without payment of Composition Fee) w.e.f the date on which their export obligation period expires provided the export obligation period did not expire prior to 19-4-2007.
Public Notice No.35 (RE-2007)/2004-09 dated 21stAugust, 2007 announce DEPB @ 4% for export product Raw Sugar under Product Group Food Products (Code 67) by inserting new entrySl. No.12 in Schedule of DEPB Rates.
Period for claiming Deemed Export Drawback & Terminal Excise Duty Refund/Exemption has been extended from 6 months to 12 months vide Public Notice No. 36(RE-2007)/2004-09 dated 23rdAugust, 2007.¬†
Validity period for Norms ratified by NC for same export and import products is extended from 6 months to 12 months vide Public Notice No. 37(RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 23rdAugust, 2007.
For claiming benefit under Focus Market Scheme, the self-attested copy of Tracking Report from the goods carrier, evidencing arrival of export cargo to destination Focus Market may also be submitted as a proof of landing export consignment in specified market as perPublic Notice No.38(RE-2007)/2004-2009 dt. 24thAugust, 2007.
Public Notice No.39(RE-2007)/2004-09 dated 24th¬†¬†August, 2007 clarifies the procedure for claiming reimbursement of CST.

Public Notice No.41(RE-2007)/2004-09 dated 31stAugust, 2007 notifies the list of products covered under High Tech Products Export Promotion Scheme (Appendix 37E).
All branch offices of FIEO in India have been authorised to issue Certificate of Origin vide Public Notice No.42 (RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 31stAugust, 2007.
The words `irrevocable letter of credit‚Äô appearing in the Para 1.5 of FTP (Transitional Arrangements) is¬†substituted by the words `irrevocable commercial letter of credit‚Äô¬†vide Notification No.20(RE-2007)/2004-09 dated 30th¬†August, 2007. (In this regard a Policy Circular No.4(RE-2007)/2004-09 dated 16thAugust, 2007 is also issued.)
The exports of 75 MT of Milk Powder to Bhutan; 200 MT of Skimmed Milk Powder to Myanmar and 28 MT of Skimmed Milk Powder to Afghanistan have been exempted from the restrictions vide Notification No.21(RE-2007)/2004-09 dated 13thAugust, 2007. Exports of Milk and certain specified products of Milk from India had been prohibited vide Notification No.45 (RE-2006)/2004-09 dated 9thFebruary, 2007.
Notification No.22/(RE-2007) dated 13thAugust, 2007¬†replaces the value limit of annual export turnover from Rs.10 crores to 15 crores for claiming Market Development Assistance (MDA).
Notification No.23/(RE-2007) dated 14thAugust, 2007¬†provides the conditions of import of Cement by MMTC.
