Some important announcement of the Government
1.Notification No.58(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 1st July, 2011 permit export of cotton waste including yarn waste and garneted stock.
2.Notification No. 59(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 15th July, 2011 notify that the minimum export price of onion other than Bangalore Rose Onion and Krishnapuram onions fixed as US$ 230 per Metric Ton F.O.B.
3.Notification No. 60(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 19th July, 2011 permits export of 10 lakh MT of Non-Basmati rice on private account subject to the condition under Para 2.1.15 and modalities for registration of contracts.
4.Export of 6,50,000 tones of wheat products has been extended up to 31.03.2012 to be shipped from Customs EDI Ports onlyas per notification No. 61(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 20th July, 2011.
5.Trade between India and Bangladesh facilitates Trade in Border Haats at Baliamari – Kalaichar and Lauwaghar across the borders at Meghalaya as per Public Notice No. 61/2009-2014 (RE-2010) dated 1st July, 2011.
6.Public Notice No. 62(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 7th June, 2011 modify SION C-1058 under Engineering Product Group.
7.Import item i.e. Pesticides (Biocides/Fungicides/Herbicides/Insecticides) is included in this SION vide Public Notice No. 63/(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 7th July, 2011.
8.Public Notice No. 64/(RE-210 (2009-2014 dated 13th June, 2011 modifies SIONs A-2913 and A-263 under Chemical & Allied Products Groups.
9.Public Notice No. 65(RE-2010)/2009-1014 dated 15th July, 2011- extends period for document scrutiny and issue of registration certificate for export of cotton HS Code Nos. 5201or 5203.
10.Policy Circular No. 33(RE-2010)/2009-14 dated 1st July, 2011 clarify regarding import of Fuel under Advance Authorisation/DFIA Scheme.
11.Policy Circular No. 34(RE-2010)/2009-14 dated 1st July, 2011 prescribes the conditions and modalities for registration of contracts of cotton waste including yarn waste (ITC -HS Code No. 5202).
