Some Important Announcement of the Government during the month of May,2012
1.Notification No. 112 (RE-2010)/2009-14 dated 1st May, 2012 notifies amendment in policy for export of Casein and Casein products.
2.Notification No. 113(RE-2010)/2009-14 dated 4th May, 2012 give permission for registration of contracts for export of cotton (Tariff HS Code Nos.5201 and 5203).
3.Notification No. 114(RE-2010)/2009-14 dated 4th May, 2012 notifies permission given to the Cotton Corporation of India Limited, a Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Textiles for export of cotton (Tariff Code Nos.5201 & 5203) during the cotton season 2011-12.
4.Notification No. 115(RE-2010)/2009-14 dated 7th May, 2012 notifies amendment in Paragraph 6.9 of FTP regarding exclusion of marble for the fulfillment of positive NFE from EOU/EHTP/STP/BTP units.
5.Notification No. 116(RE-2010)/2009-14 dated 8th May, 2012 notifies that export of onions is allowed without any MEP up to 2nd July, 2012.
