Some of the Important Announcements made by the CBEC, Government of India during the month of July 2009
- Notification No.79/2009-Customs dated 7th July, 2009 exempts parts, components and accessories of mobile handsets including cellular phones, from the whole of the additional duty of customs leviable thereon.
2.Notification No.80/2009-Customs dated 7th July, 2009 exempts packaged software or canned software (falling under Chapter 85) from so much of the additional duty leviable thereon. .
3.Notification No.79/2009-Customs (NT) dated 9th July, 2009 Amends Rules of Determination of Origin of Goods under the Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement.
