Customs
1. Notification No. 31/2012-Customs (N.T.) dated 04th April, 2012 notifies Hazardous Waste (Management, Handling and Trans boundary Movement) Rules 2008, issued under the Environment (Protection) Act 1986 (29 of 1986).
2. Notification No. 32/2012-Customs (N.T.) dated 11th April, 2012 amends notification No. 12/97-Customs (N.T.) dated 2nd April, 1997 by appointing Kannur as Inland Container Depot for unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods relating to the State of Kerala.
3. Notification No. 34/2012-Customs (N.T.) dated 20th April, 2012 amends notification NO. 12/97-Customs (N.T.) dated the 2nd April, 1997 by appointing Kalinganagar as Inland Container Depot for unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods relating to the State of Orissa.
4. Notification No. 35/2012-Customs (N.T.) dated 23rd April, 2012 amends notification No. 12/97-Customs (N.T.) dated the 2nd April, 1997 by appointing Wardha as Inland Container Depot for unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods relating to the State of Maharashtra.
5. Notification No. 38/2012-Customs (N.T.) dated 26th April, 2012 notifies rate of exchange of conversion of each of the foreign currency with effect from 1st May, 2012.
6. Circular No. 11/2012-Customs dated 12th April, 2012 clarifies instructions related to disposal of confiscated goods.
