1.Notification No. 62(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 2nd August, 2011 makes amendments regarding nature of restriction of export of Cotton {ITC (HS) Code Nos.5201 & 5203).
2.Notification No. 63(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 4th August, 2011notify the export of Cotton (ITC {HS} Code 5201 & 5203) obtaining of Registration Certificate before August 1,2011.
3.Notification No. 64(RE-2010)/2009-2014dated 4th August, 2011 notify Import licensesof rough marble blocks for the year 2011-12 has increased the import quota from 3 lakh MT to 5 lakh MT with an MIP of US$ 325 Per mt.
4.Notification No. 65(RE-2010)/2209—14 dated 4th August, 2011allow import of Worked monumental or building stone (except slate) and articles thereof, other than goods of heading 6801; mosaic cubes and the like, or natural stone (including slate), whether or not on a backing; artificially coloured granules, chipping and powder, of natural stone (including slate).
5.Notification No. 66(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 12th August, 2011 notifythe Minimum Export Prices of Onion of Bangalore Roseand Krishnapuram onions.
6.Notification No. 67(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 18th August, 2011 notify Export of Cotton {ITC(HS Code Nos. 5201 & 5203)} for obtaining of Registration Certificate.
7.Notification No. 68 (RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 24th August, 2011 makes amendment in Notification No. 66(RE-2010)/ 2009-14 dated 12th August, 2011 notify Minimum Export Price of Onion other than Bangalore Rose and Krishnapuram Onion.
8.Public Notice No. 66(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 4th August, 2011 permitted quantity for import of Skimmed and Whole Milk Power under Tariff Rate Quota Scheme is increased from 30,000 to 50,000 MTs with immediate effect.
9.Public Notice No. 67/2009-2014 (RE-2010) dated 4th August, 2011 notified the restoration of DEPB benefit on export of Cotton yarn including Melange Yarn.
10.Public Notice No. 68/2009-2014 (RE-2010) dated 4th August, 2011 notified the entitlement of DEPB benefit on exportof Cotton under DEPB entry Sl. No. 22D of the Product Group “Miscellaneous” on or after 1st October, 2010.
11.Public Notice No. 69/2009-2014 dated 4th August, 2011notify the inclusion of ICD Merripalem Guntur District, (AP) as a Port of Registration under Para 4.19 of HBP v.I for availing export promotion benefits.
12.EIC is authorized for issuing Certificate of Origin under India-Japan CEPA as per Public Notice No. 70/2009-2014 dated 12th August, 2011.
13.Public Notice No. 71(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 12th August, 2011 makes Modification in SIONs A-2462 and A-2951 and withdrawal of SION A-3331 under Chemical and Allied Products Groups.
14.Public Notice No. 72(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 12th August, 2011 notify Minimum Export Price (MEP) for export of Sona Masuri, Pooni Samba and Matta rice w.e.f. 31.03.2011.
15.Public Notice No. 73(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 23rd August, 2011 makes the amendments in SION No. H-3 ofPlastic Product Group.
16.Policy Circular No. 35(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 4th August, 2011 permits the re-import of perishable edible/food products for Re-export.
17.Policy Circular No. 36(RE-2010)/2009-2014 Dated 5TH August, 2011 notify online transmission of DES (Advance Authorisation), EPCG, and DEPB at Air Cargo Complex, Cochin location shipping bills issued on or after 08.08.2011.
18.Policy Circular No. 37(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 8th August, 2011 clarify Import policy of rough marble blocks for the year 2011-12.
19.Policy Circular No.38 (RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 10th August, 2011 clarify variation of 5% in weight against Registration Certificates issued for export of cotton yarn against registered contracts shall not be treated as default for the purpose of imposition of penalty or debarment from future registrations.
20.Policy Circular No. 39(RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 19th August, 2011 notify Consolidated Guidelines for import of precious metal by the Nominated Agencies.
