CUSTOMS
1.Notification No. 70/2011-Customs dated 5th August, 2011 notify levy ofanti-dumping duty on imports of Sodium Formaldehyde Sulphoxylate (SFS) originating in, or exported from China PR for a further period of five years pursuant to the final findings of Sunset review investigations conducted by the Directorate General of Anti dumping and Allied duties.
2.Notification No. 71/2011-Customs dated 9th August, 2011 amend the notification No. 92/2007-Customs dated the 3rd August, 2007 regarding Continuation ofAnti dumping duty on import of Partially Oriented Yarn known as POY
3.Notification No. 72/2011 – Customs dated 9th August, 2011 notify to impose provisional anti-dumping duty on Opal Glassware, originating in, or exported from People’s Republic of China and UAE.
4.Notification No. 73/2011 – Customs dated 9th August, 2011 amend the notification no. 85/2006-Customs dated 29th August, 2006 regarding Continuationof anti dumping duty on imports of nylon filament yarn of specification‘synthetic filament yarn including synthetic monofilament of less than 67 decitex, of nylon or other polyamides originating in, or exported from People’s Republic of China..
5.Notification No. 74/2011-Customs dted 12th August, 2011 notify the continuation of anti-dumping duty on Pentaerythritol originating in, or exported from Chinese Taipei.
6.Notification No. 75/2011 – Customs dated 9th August, 2011 makes amendment in the Notification No.55/2008-Customs dated the 28th April, 2008 regarding continuation of anti-dumping duty on Hydrolluoric Acid originating in, or exported from People’s Republic of China.
7.Notification NO. 76/2011-Customs dated 17th August, 2011 notify continuation of anti-dumping duty on imports of Sodium Nitrite originating in, or exported from People’s Republic of China.
8.Notification No. 77/2011-Customs dated 17th August, 2011 amends Notification No. 21/2002-Customs dated 1st March, 2002 regarding prescribed exemption and effective rate of basic and additional duty of specified goods of Chapter 1 to 99 of the First Schedule to the Custom Tariff Act.

10.Notification No. 79/2011-Customs dated 23rd August, 2011 notify imposition ofdefinitive anti dumping duty on import of Caustic Soda Lye/Caustic soda Solid/flakes originating in, or exported from Thailand, Chinese, Taipei and Norway at the specified rates for the period of 5 years.
11.Notification No. 80/2011-Customs dated 24th August, 2011 notify the continuation ofanti dumping duty on all imports of 1-Phenyul-3-Methyl-5-Pyrazolone, originating in, or exported from People’s Republic of China.
