India and Bangladesh, being the closest neighbouring countries offer natural markets for each other’s products. In their mutual trade they enjoy the advantages of reduced transaction cost and quicker delivery due to geographical proximity, common language, etc. Bangladesh is one of the most important markets for India in the SAARC region.

Bilateral trade between India and Bangladesh stood at USD 7,432.06.39 million in 2016-17 with a favourable trade balance of USD 5800 million and the potential of India’s exports is enormous to this country.

The registration charges for participation is as follows:

i.     6 sq mts booth: Rs 72000/-
6 sq mts booth :Rs 80000/- (For Non Member)
Additional 10% premium payable for corner stall

ii.     9 sq mts booth: Rs 1,10,000/-
9 sq mts booth: Rs 1,18,000/- (For Non Member)
Additional 10% premium payable for corner stall

Shell scheme booth will be provided with basic amenities which include:
•     Table:1
•     Chairs:2
•     Fluorescent Lights : 2 (irrespective of the quantity it shall be ensured that sufficient lighting is provided in each booth)
•     PowerPoint (5 amps):1
•     Wastebasket :1
•     Company name fascia

     FIEO will issue visa recommendation letter in favour of the participating organisation and its representative (maximum two representatives).
     Air tickets, Hotel Stay and Local Transportation cost will be borne by participants.
     Participation Charges are non refundable and non transferable.
     FIEO reserves the right of selection of participants.
     Applicants opting for NEFT/RTGS must enclose the transfer details with their application. Email/fax applications will not be accepted.
     Registration charges are non refundable/non transferable to any other company, person or fair/international event of FIEO
     Online payments will be accepted from 1 September, 2017.
Please note the process for application:
i)     Applicants have to complete the online payment process through the FIEO website www.fieo.org by clicking on the name of the event under “International Events”.
ii)     Once the online payment is completed, the applicant may click on their choice of stall on the floor plan.
iii)     Selection of corner stall: Corner stalls are limited. Some applicants may pay a premium for corner stall but may not be able to get a corner stall available. In that case, the applicant will have to select a standard stall. The premium component of the charges in such cases will be refunded to the applicant.
iv)     After completion of the above, the applicant must send the following mandatory documents in hard copy to reach FIEO (ER) latest by 22 September, 2017 in an envelope marked “11th Asian International Trade & Tourism Expo 2017 – Bangladesh “ to FIEO Eastern Region, 42A Shakespeare Sarani, Express Tower,6th Floor, Kolkata 700017.
The participation confirmation and selection of stall will be subject to receipt of complete application form along with mandatory documents.

•     Attached registration application form duly filled in original, signed and stamped
•     A copy of the applicant company’s IEC
•     Copy of the registration charges online transaction details.
•     Coloured Photocopy of valid Indian passport of the company representatives who will be manning the stall .
•     One colour photograph of each representative per applicant company.
