Participation in 125th Session of China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair), Guangzhou (China) Phase 1- April 15 to 19, 2019
We are pleased to inform you that FIEO is participating in the 125th Session of the Canton Fair to be held from 15-19 April, 2019. Details of participation in Phase 1 of the Canton Fair are as below:

Venue : Pazhou Complex, Guangzhou, China
Fair Timings: 09.30 am to 6.00 pm
In order to give an equal opportunity to all exhibitors, the participation fee will be considered from the Next Day (December 5, 2018, 00:00 Hrs onwards) of Issuance of Circular. Payment received on the same date of issuance of circular will not be considered. Please remit the payment on next following day.

36 Sqm Raw Stand

Cost of Standard Stand of 9 sqm
Cost of Raw space (set up by the exhibitor, minimum 18 sqm)

Rs 7,02,000.00 per 18 sqm
Rs. 10000/- Extra for Corner subject to availability & on first cum first served basis
Standard Standincludes Wall panels, Carpet, Fascia in English, one table and four chairs; one cabinet, one information counter, one rubbish bin, 6 spot lights, one socket and the electricity cost arising from the use thereof.
-Please note that the event is submitted to the Ministry for approval under MAI for the year 2019-20 and the approval is awaited. It may be informed that subject to the approval from the Ministry and quantum of funds approved, the participation charges will be reduced and difference will be refunded accordingly to the eligible companies.
-As per the Revised MAI guidelines of the Ministry, a company that has participated thrice in a particular fair will not be eligible for subsidy and in that case the company has to bear the full booth cost of Rs. 3,80,000/- per 9 sqm (Shell Scheme) or the cost of Raw Space (Minimum 18 sqm) @ Rs. 38000 per sqm. Also, MAI subsidy will be provided to a company for a maximum of two MAI events in a financial year subject to approval from Ministry.
-Please note booth allotment will be on the basis of First-come-first-serve on receiving of full payment reflecting in the FIEO’s account along with complete forms. In order to give an equal opportunity to all exhibitors the payment will be considered from theNext Day (December 5, 2018, 00:00 Hrs onwards) of Issuance of Circular. Payment received on the same date of issuance of circular will not be considered. Please remit the payment on next following day.
-FIEO reserves the right to allocate space on the basis of the available space at its discretion and decision in this regard will be final and binding to all. The participation charges are non-refundable in any case.
-Please also note that front Aisle Premium booths (36 sqm) will be given on first cum first served basis on receiving of payments from next following day and in case of non-allotment of front aisle booths due to limited space, the next 36 sqm booth will be allotted in the following availability of space and request for refund of participation fee due to non-availability of space in the front aisle will not be entertained. However, the differential of premium amount paid in case of non-availability of front aisle booths will be refunded.
-Application forms along with all necessary forms as required shall be submitted per 9 sqmt.
-IEC of the company is mandatory for availing the subsidy per 9 sqm stand ; one Subsidyper IEC will be applicable
-It is mandatory to submit the Feedback Form with the business generated and business expected; no. of buyers etc.
-Companies legally registered over 3 years (including the 3rdyear) would be eligible to participate in the fair. Copy of the Company Registration Certificate or other valid certificate (IEC) is required to be submitted along with the FIEO registration form.
-Certificate of Origin- Exhibits should be produced in any country or region other than mainland China. Certificate of Origin (COO) is required to be submitted for the products to be displayed.

All display materials may be shipped only through the authorized logistic agents of the organizers to avoid the goods being held up at Customs or non / late delivery of display material.
CANCELLATION POLICY- No request for cancellation will be entertained
